Underground utilities are the lifeline of every project. Storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water mains, and electrical conduit — if it’s buried, we install it. And when it’s done right, nobody ever thinks about it again.
LRS handles complete utility installation from trench to backfill. Our GPS-equipped crews set pipes, manholes, catch basins, and structures to exact plan elevations — verified in real-time with laser and GPS grade control.
We coordinate closely with municipal authorities, engineers, and inspectors to ensure every connection, invert, and test meets code on the first pass. No re-digs, no failed inspections.

Utility Layout & Locate

GPS layout of all utility runs, structures, and connection points. Existing utilities located and marked before any excavation begins — no surprises underground.

Trenching & Excavation

Precision trenching to design depth and grade — GPS-controlled for consistent pipe slope. Proper shoring and trench safety on every job, every day.

Pipe & Structure Installation

Storm pipe, sanitary sewer, water main, catch basins, manholes, and junction boxes — installed to plan spec with laser-verified grade and alignment.

Testing & Inspection

Mandrel testing, air testing, vacuum testing, and flow verification — all required tests completed and documented before backfill. We pass inspections the first time.

Backfill & Compaction

Proper bedding material, controlled backfill in lifts, and compaction testing at every stage. No settling, no sinkholes, no callbacks.

Connections & Tie-Ins

Final connections to existing municipal systems, building services, and site infrastructure — coordinated with inspectors and utility authorities for approved tie-ins.
