Subgrade Verification

GPS-verified subgrade elevations checked against design before any finish material is placed. If the base isn’t right, nothing on top will perform.

Fine Grading

Trimble 3D automatics guide the blade to millimeter precision — shaping parking lots, building pads, drainage swales, and sidewalk grades to exact plan spec.

Compaction & Testing

Nuclear density testing on every lift to verify compaction meets spec. No soft spots, no settling — a solid foundation for the finish surface.

Curbing & Concrete

Curbs, gutters, sidewalks, concrete pads, and ADA-compliant ramps — formed, poured, and finished to plan spec with proper joints and drainage.

Asphalt Paving

Base course and finish course asphalt installed with proper thickness, slope, and compaction. Smooth ride, clean edges, and proper drainage from day one.

Striping & Restoration

Final line striping, signage coordination, topsoil and seeding on disturbed areas, and site cleanup — project delivered ready for occupancy.
