Control Point Establishment
We begin every project by setting certified control points using Trimble SPS986 GNSS receivers. These benchmarks anchor all future measurements — ensuring consistency from first stake to final as-built.

Clearing & Boundary Limits
Before machines move, we stake clearing boundaries, tree save lines, and limit-of-disturbance markers — giving operators and inspectors a clear, visible reference in the field.

Building & Utility Layout
We locate and stake building corners, utility trenches, manholes, invert elevations, and pipe runs — translating engineered plans into real-world positions your crew can follow.

Grade Staking & Cut/Fill Marks
Using RTK-corrected positioning, we set finish grades, subgrade elevations, and slope stakes — so your operators and grade checkers know exactly where the dirt needs to go.

Real-Time Field Support
Our GPS crew stays on-site as needed — not just for initial layout, but for re-stakes, verification checks, and machine control calibration throughout the project lifecycle.
