Project Overview

Protecting Water Quality

The Town of Seneca Falls WWTP serves the community along the Seneca-Cayuga Canal. The new 3-million-gallon excess flow tank stores high-volume wastewater during heavy rain, allowing gradual treatment and reducing untreated overflows. Funded by $5.13M interest-free financing + $1.71M WIIA grant, secured April 2023 through NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation.
LRS partnered with Preload — industry leader in prestressed concrete tanks — to deliver critical site prep, excavation, utilities, and stormwater management.
