Project Overview
Modernizing Equine Facilities
The Cornell Equine Park underwent significant replacement and consolidation to update facilities originally built in the early 1900s. Demolished the main barn and smaller structures, replacing with a new 14,000-15,000 sq ft L-shaped horse barn (28-30 stalls, treatment areas, offices, classroom, lab) and a 3,200 sq ft commodities barn. Includes new paddocks, pastures, and energy-efficient features. Grand reopening fall 2024.
LRS provided critical site preparation, grading, utilities, drainage systems, and stormwater basin construction for this modern equine facility.
